Every signal to the Declaration about the certifications credibility – Ethic Code, can be presented to the address below.

The Warning implies non-linear behaviors with the Declaration about the certifications credibility – Ethic Code.

A claim is different from warnings because implies necessarily a dissatisfaction with services or bought products.

Before filing a Warning, we inform you that:

• Messages sent anonymously will not be accepted, in order to avoid making reports for speculative purposes of disruption of knowledge;
• The truthfulness of entered data will be subjected to control;
• It is guaranteed the protection of personal data of all subjects that use the warning service and in the treatment the anonymity is guaranteed;
• In case of warnings that refer to possible criminal offence committed by Istituto Giordano S.p.A. staff or violations of the organizational Model or Ethic Code, the Istituto Giordano S.p.A. Security Organization will be informed.
