Fire Division

Since 1986, our Fire Resistance and Reaction laboratories have been authorised by Ministry of the Interior pursuant to Ministerial Decree dated 26/03/1985 to certify building products and systems with our fire resistance test.

This Passive Fire Protection (Reaction and Resistance) activity subsequently expanded into fields other than civil engineering and also obtained approval for the shipping (Maritime Equipment Directive) and rail sectors.

As regards Active Fire Protection, it now has a Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilators division.
